Junjou Romantica

Junjou Romantica is a yaoi series written and drawn by Nakamura Shinguku. The translation of the title would be somewhat Pure-hearted Romantica and is based on one of the main parings that appear in the series.
The series is composed of stories based on few couples – the main is Romantica (Usami Ahikiko and Takahashi Misaki) followed up by Egoist (Kamijou Hiroki and Kusama Noawaki), which is the most popular in the fandom, and then there is also Terrorist (Miyagi You and Takatsuki Shinobu).
Aside those in the last volumes appears Minimum (Usami Ahikiho and Kamijou Hiroki), which is based on friendship and not love, and Mistake (Asahina Kaoru and Isaka Ryouichirou) that is a special one shot that came out with the release of DVDs . Both stories happen before the events of the first volume.

Aside the manga this series has also become CD Drama, anime (24 episodes) and novels, like Junai Egoist and Junai Romantica. The manga is published in Asuka Ciel of Kadokawa shoten, while in America by Blu. It’s a still on-going series and the first chapter came out in 2002.
